Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your registration for the conference/ Seminar/Workshop (Event). Below are the details of our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing . Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Refund will be governed on the basis of cancellation request received.
• Cancellation request received on or before [30 Days]: Full refund minus a processing fee.
• Cancellation received before 10 days : 50% refund of the registration fee minus processing fees
• Cancellation received in less than 10 days : 20% refund of the registration fees minus the processing fees.
• No refund will be granted for cancellation request received on or after event commencement date

Refund

In order to be eligible for a Refund of registration fees, make sure these conditions are met and request is forwarded via email :
• The Payment Proof along with program Name and Dates
• Share Mode of Payment
• Details of Registration (Individual/Organizational)
GST refund will be governed as per the provisions of GST Act. **No refunds will be granted for registrants who do not attend the conference and have not made written request for cancellation prior to commencement of the Event in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

Privacy Policy

This website records user visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes: IP address from which user accesses the website; The type of browser and operating system used to access the website; The date and time user accessed the website; The pages user has accessed and the documents download; If user reaches this website from another website, the address of that referring website. This information is used only to help CBIP to make the website more user-friendly. CBIP never tracks or records information about individuals and their visits. CBIP makes no attempt to link this information with the identity of individuals visiting the website unless an attempt to damage the site has been detected.
